Falls Free Coalition
The Falls Free Coalition is a group of national organizations and state coalitions working to reduce the growing number of falls and fall-related injuries among older adults.
With support from the Archstone Foundation and the Home Safety Council, the Center for Healthy Aging convened coalition members in November, 2004 to write the Falls Free National Action Plan, which outlines key strategies for fall prevention. The Center continues to disseminate this Plan widely at both local and national conferences.
Please take a look at the National Action Plan and all other materials related to fall prevention.
