Review of Findings on CDSMP Outcomes

The following is a review of the published literature on healthcare utilization and CDSMP. The evidence demonstrates that CDSMP results in significant improvements in patient outcomes and quality of life. The analysis also makes the "business case" for CDSMP, indicating that the program saves enough money through reductions in healthcare expenditures to pay for itself within the first year.
